HomeGroupTool.com offers a free, web-based app to make it simple for anyone to responsibily hold the position of secretary or treasurer within your recovery group.
This is simple.
It's easiest to keep track of home group information while you're at the meeting, where a laptop or super computer is likely not available. So, we've designed everything to be intuitive, simple, and friendly on any smartphone, letting you update your info and get back to your fellowship as soon as possible.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. This is a service provided by like-minded fellows -- there is no charge. However, in keeping with our 7th tradition, we do accept donations via PayPal. Suggested donation is $1 to $10 per group per year as you are able, and if you donate we can assure you that 100% of those dollars will go towards server costs and maintenance. If there is a surplus it will be put into expanding the service.
Treasurers
Keep track of meeting-to-meeting finances, including donations, literature sales, and expenses. Use our donation calculator to make sure your group is following the traditions and donating to all areas of service, while maintaining a healthy prudent reserve.
Secretaries

How safe is my information?
Anonymity is the spiritual principle behind all our traditions... We keep your login information heavily protected using military-grade hashing, so even in the event of a security breach, your information is still safe.

We don't think so, but we always want to act within the guidelines of the traditions and concepts. So, if you think we're breaking something please: talk to your service sponsor, your sponsor, and then let us know :)
How do you make money?
We don't! This is a by-us, for-us kind of thing, and is provided to the fellowship at cost. That being said, per the 7th tradition, groups should pay for outside services to remain self-supporting, so we suggest a donation of $1 to $10 per year to cover your group's costs. Donate Now
What do you do with the donations?
Any money that is donated will go directly towards paying the monthly server and maintenance costs. If we ever get excess funds, we will stop accepting donations until accrued funds are depleted.
